The purpose of the counselling programs are to support individuals to experience improvements in self-awareness, self-esteem, self-confidence, alleviate symptoms of mental health challenges, increase feelings of hope, improve relationships with self and others and to increase emotional awareness and regulation. All counselling sessions support the physical, emotional, mental/psychological, social and spiritual aspects of an idividual's health and wellness.

Counselling: Individuals
These private session are designed to support individuals to grow and change in the areas of mental health, relationships, and personal development. The aim is to relieve distress by discussing and expressing feelings; to help change behaviour and habits that may be unhelpful; to promote more constructive and adaptive ways of coping that enhance overall health and wellness.

Counselling:
Families
These experiences are designed for families to come learn and grow together. There will be a focus on improving communication among family members, developing healthy relationships, promoting problem solving, as well as developing empathy for one another. The aim of family counselling is to help everyone in the family understand and support each other.

Counselling:
Groups
These experiences are designed for small groups of people to come together to learn and grow about a shared topic/struggle/diagnosis. Some examples of group topics offered include anxiety, grief and loss, emotional regulation, social skills, depression, 2SLGBTQIA+, and self-confidence, to name a few.
Some of the benefits of group counselling are that it can reduce stigma and isolation, it can build a sense of community and belonging, it provides a safe environment to take social risks and experiment with new ways of interacting, it can foster a sense of hope and allow for members to feel supported and accepted.
