Developing a Wellness Toolkit For Teens
This fully subsidized 6-week program is designed to aid youth in improving their knowledge around mental health & wellness and provide a safe space to create a toolkit that focuses on supporting them to enhance their life skills, social skills, improve communication, develop emotional awareness and regulation, as well as develop positive healthy relationships.
Participants will get to experience this through a variety of engaging classroom activities as well as fun experiential activities surrounded by nature and supported by a helping herd of horses!

WHO: Youth aged 13-17

Families are facing significant challenges that impact their quality of life and mental well-being.

Join us for a fully subsidized 3-week program to learn more about family mental health and wellness, while developing skills for healthy relationships and resilience that you wish for in your family. You and your child will get to experience this through fun and engaging activities surrounded by nature and supported by a helping herd of horses!
